Just for reference, yes my machine is using the "Oxylite icons".
Anyway, I did a screen recording of the problem this morning.
Then I did an update and reboot and, of course, the problem vanished.
Rather than clog your bug reports up, I have put the screen recording on my

Probably impossible to figure out what went wrong so I should close the report
