DESCRIPTION

When a connected phone disconnects from LAN, it can stay in the "connected"
state on the PC side for several minutes or forever.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect the phone to the same Wifi with the PC.
2. Disconnect the phone from the Wifi

OBSERVED RESULT
About one in three tests, phone stays "connected" on the PC app.

EXPECTED RESULT
Phone state changes to "disconnected" after 60 seconds on the PC app.
