DESCRIPTION
KRdp don't use setting for RDP Gateway. When it's set FreeRDP setting for
gatewey it also must set flag FreeRDP_GatewayEnabled. Without this flag freerdp
ignore gateway settings. Fix is very simple, but i can add patch if needed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Try to connect to RDP host throu gateway
OBSERVED RESULT
KRdc try to connect to host directly and fail
EXPECTED RESULT
KRdc use gateway setting and connect throu gateway
