DESCRIPTION
Menu-spawning actions like the right click menu do not spawn when binded to the
vertical-scroll mouse action. Also shouldn't the name be "Vertical scroll", not
"Vertical-scroll"?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Bind a menu-spawning action like the right click menu to the vertical scroll
action.
2. Notice the issue of it not working.

OBSERVED RESULT
It doesn't work.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should work.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Nix OS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
None. Also the bottom scroll doesn't seem to work unless that is a design
decision?
