DESCRIPTION
It would be helpful to show popup for the room list when it is fully collapsed.
Currently, the icons have to be clicked to find out what room name they
represent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover mouse pointer over one of the room icons (when the list is collapsed)

OBSERVED RESULT

The popup with the name is not shown.

EXPECTED RESULT

A popup with the name is shown (similarly as for the spaces icons).
