Image Information window comes up too small every time when opened on the
primary monitor.

DESCRIPTION
'Show more details...' opens Image Information window that is too small on one
monitor, but fine on the other monitor.

I have a dual monitor setup, side by side. Primary on the right. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open image in Gwen view on primary monitor
2. Have sidebar visible
3. Click 'Show more details...'
4. The Image Information window is very small, too small to see any useful
information.
5. Resizing to view the information works, then close the window. But clicking
'Show more details...' again and it opens too small.

OBSERVED RESULT
When Gwenview is on my primary monitor the Image Information window is too
small. But if I keep Gwenview open and move it to my secondary monitor, then
open the Image Information window it's a decent size and information is
visible.

EXPECTED RESULT
Would like to see the Information Information window open at a reasonable size
based either on the amount of information in it or at least where I last
resized it to. Have the same behavior on both monitors.
