Error 87 notification

DESCRIPTION
Incompatibility with AMD display adaptors newest driver.
Causes Loadlibrary Error 87 and Error 126

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have new AMD drivers / specifically installed the new AMD display drivers
2. Open krita
3. Krita crashes and errors appear

OBSERVED RESULT
Krita does not load and error(s) appear. 
EXPECTED RESULT
Krita to load normally.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. I'm just
assuming this can be fixed on Krita's end.
I have no idea what all of this other stuff means. I'm not skilled at computers
at all I'm simply a Krita enjoyer WHO REALLY does not want to switch art
platforms. I fixed the krita issue by removing AMD software/disabling AMD
display and using the microsoft version instead. It took several days to even
fix this issue. Microsoft refused to help me so I had to research on my own.
Fixed error 126 after two days just for error 87 to show up. After an hour of
troubleshooting that I fixed the issue.

I came to this conclusion because krita was working perfectly (I used it
practically every day) and then as soon as I updated my drivers the error
showed up. Tried every single solution out there. Assumed a compatibility
issue, got down to three drivers that could be the root cause, and low and
behold thank you microsoft for having your own separate display adapter driver.
