DESCRIPTION

Spectacle used to depend optionally on tesseract, but as of
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/spectacle/-/merge_requests/529 it was
deliberately regressed to a hard dependency.

Tesseract depends on OpenCV which is a large package and I do not want it on my
system. I have no need to use text recognition, and just want to use Spectacle
as a minimal screenshot tool, which was possible up to now.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Install or update Spectacle

OBSERVED RESULT

Tesseract and OpenCV installed as well

EXPECTED RESULT

They should be optional dependencies.
