kactivitymanagerd crash backtrace

DESCRIPTION
Calling org.kde.ActivityManager.Features.IsFeatureOperational() over D-Bus
always crashes kactivitymanagerd, inside
StatsPlugin::isFeatureOperational() in the ResourceScoring plugin. Found
this while investigating an unrelated plasmashell performance issue;
kactivitymanagerd also crash-looped on its own a few times while that
issue was ongoing, so this isn't only triggered by calling it manually.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have kactivitymanagerd running (default on any Plasma session)
2. Run: qdbus org.kde.ActivityManager /ActivityManager/Features
   org.kde.ActivityManager.Features.IsFeatureOperational
   "org.kde.ActivityManager.Resources.Scoring"

OBSERVED RESULT
kactivitymanagerd crashes with SIGSEGV every time. GetValue on the same
feature also fails ("NoReply / Remote peer disconnected") - likely the
same crash.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should return a boolean without crashing the daemon.
