Before this commit, ~/.local/state/plasmasessionrestorestaterc looked like
this:

>

> appId=org.mozilla.thunderbird_esr.desktop

Afterwards, it looks like this:

> appId=io.gitlab.librewolf-community
> 
> [2]
> appId=org.mozilla.thunderbird_esr

As a result, the apps listed in there aren't launched at login anymore.

So either there's an issue with the commit, or
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/blob/master/startkde/session-restore/restore.cpp
needs to be adjusted. And maybe
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/blob/master/startkde/session-restore/restore.cpp
as well.
