I dug around historical code and found this to be true. Not Ext or EXT. There was some inconsistency, but it's lower case. re: BTRFS... I did investigate the official BTRFS documentation at https://btrfs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ and it it says: "Welcome to BTRFS documentation!"
