Image of the behavior

When Plasma is using any right to left language the desktop context menu opens
far away from the mouse cursor. The menu appears closer to the center of the
screen even when I right click near the right edge of the desktop.

Steps to reproduce:

Set the Plasma language and layout direction to any right to left language.

Right click anywhere on the desktop or in dolphin or any of the panels

Observe where the context menu appears.

Observed result

The context menu opens far away from the mouse cursor

Expected result

The context menu should open next to the mouse cursor while respecting the
right to left layout direction and the available screen space.

System information

KDE Plasma version 6.7.4

KDE Frameworks version 6.28.0

Qt version 6.11.1

Kernel version 7.1.8 arch1 3

Graphics platform Wayland

Additional information

I am preparing to deploy many KDE machines configured for right to left users
in November. This issue will affect all of these machines and will be very
noticeable during normal desktop use.

If possible I would greatly appreciate a fix in the next available Plasma
release such as Plasma 6.7.5 or Plasma 6.8. Resolving this before the November
deployment would be very helpful.
