[krita] [Bug 523734] Some Android specific dialogues cannot be translated (missing i18n)

Other languages have definitely landed their strings in both Krita Plus and
Krita Next. I don't see Chinese translations in either one.

You may need to do something extra on the translation side? The translator
mailing lists or the KDE chatrooms would probably be a better place to ask
about that though, I don't have any insight into the machinations on the other
side.
