[krita] [Bug 523734] Some Android specific dialogues cannot be translated (missing i18n)

For reference, the translations show up For Krita Next here: https://invent.kde.org/graphics/krita/-/tree/master/packaging/android/apk/res For Krita Plus here: https://invent.kde.org/graphics/krita/-/tree/krita/6.0/packaging/android/apk/res The translated strings are inside the values-* directories. Evidently there's e.g. values-it for Italian, but no zh, cn or tw to be found.
