Problem:
digiKam supports Google Pixel Motion Photos, but cannot parse Xiaomi HyperOS
Micro‑Video motion photos stored inside HEIC/JPG files. Only static preview
image can be seen, the embedded short micro‑video cannot be read or played.

Suggested solution:
Add support to detect and extract the embedded Micro‑Video stream from Xiaomi
motion photos, similar to how Pixel motion photos are handled.

Current workaround:
I must extract embedded mp4 with third‑party external tools, store jpg/heic and
mp4 pairs together in gallery.

Environment: digiKam 9.4.0, Windows 11
