Pushed by olib into branch 'master'. plugins/startupfeedback: Bound feedback to screen Since the feedback is offset down and to the right, bounding to the screen means that a panel on the right or bottom won't allow the feedback to be off-screen and not visible. This works by nudging the offset such that a margin from the screen edges is always maintained.
