Screenshot attached with similar contents, except correct unlike what you're experiencing. Could you check what your kernel says about these charge control thresholds? This is what it looks like for me: $ cat /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/charge_control_end_threshold 80 $ cat /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/charge_control_start_threshold 25 On a different system, "BAT0" may have different identifier, if it doesn't exist on yours then please find the directory that matches your actual battery.
