still notifications appearing.

I think the trigger there is, if you are watching some fullscreen movie or
something, then instead of not showing the notification at all (by settings)
it's pipelined into some "do-not-disturb" place, where the
"do-not-shot-any-notification-at-all-for-this-app" setting gets ignored.
