KDE Review: Francis

Hi,

I would like to move Francies to KDE Review. Francis is a pomodoro app. 
Pomodoro is a well know technique to help you get more productive.

The app itself is quite simple and was developed by Felipe, which not longer 
contribute to KDE. Since the app was basically finished, I found it sad to let 
it languish, so I polished it a bit, merged the pending merge requests and 
added support for more platforms to bring it up to our standards.

It is a ncie showcase of Kirigami and how easy it is to build simple apps with 
it.
