Hi,

kde-builder in no drop in replacement, at least for me.

I and others discussed that close to infinitely in the past with the 
kde-builder maintainer.

I fail to see the issue to generate both data files.

If I read https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/repo-metadata/-/issues/2 and 
my input on
https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/repo-metadata/-/merge_requests/389 
months ago that is no issue.
