KDE review request: KomoDo todo.txt app

Hi!

KomoDo is my first KDE app and I'd like to officially release it soon:tm:

It's an application for editing and searching todo.txt files.
todo.txt is a simple syntax for creating tasks in one plaintext file.
KomoDo is a GUI frontend for that, using Kirigami and Kirigami-addons.

I use it for my own tasklist for now and it's been working well for my own 
usecase. I plan to add bit more features to it in future, but for now
it's quite simple.

Couple things: 
- Still waiting for icon, which my wife is working on and it will
be her first contribution to KDE as well. I don't want to release before this 
is done.
- I've also updated the screenshots that still need to be merged:

Besides those two things, it should be ready for testing and such, and
I wanted to start this process now while waiting for the above.
