I think this is related to bug #1194054
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1194054&group_id=27249&atid=389712).
The problem is that the widgets inside the scrollview don't care about
scrolling. I know is that they get the expected events (compared to
3.2.1nc) for mouse wheel and move.
