Don't be worry, this was a long outstanding bug and I had no idea, what going 
wrong. Your hints guided me on the right way :-)

BTW: Currently I'm merging your and my patches and will submit them to the kde 
cvs (svn) repository, so that this patches will be in further source 
packages.
