setup installer problem

I have some problems using the cygwin setup installer. It seems, that the 
'kde-cygwin' folder is not available or offline. I'm also unable to access 
it via browser.
Are there any other mirrors for 
http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/kde-cygwin/install/kde-cygwin ? If you try 
to download from this directory, you only get some timeout request errors.

Need some help, plz.
