Is there any hint, any code I can try to modify, some .c file that I
could probabily read?

It's really an important issue, because many Chinese programmers are
interested in Qt/Win32 Free.  Most of them just tried and gave up. 
(Sadly).

I've heard that Qt4/Win32 will be released open-source.  But I don't
know if I should wait.
And it may or may not work with Mingw32.  Free compiler, free software :-)
