error loading KDE on Cygwin

Dear Mr. Ralf Habacker,

I followed all of the procedures that you specified in:
http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/

However, I just got messages including:

cygserver: not found
xhost: unable to open display ""
kdeinit: not found
...
Could not open display,...
etc...
======================================


What's wrong with mine?
I installed all the Cygwin packages, and installed KDE
following your instruction.
I copied all the kdexxx files to cygwin /.
Then followed all the steps.
Xwin seems to work fine because I can run other X application
which were installed with Cygwin/X.
Just KDE is not running by some error.
How can I make it work?
