[PATCH] Qt4 msvc.net and borland support

Hi,

  I've just downloaded the cvs module qt-4 and it lacks the patches me and Andreas sent to the list. He has consolidated both in his last e-mail, plus some changes of his own.

Could someone please import that to cvs so we can work from here?
Just checkout then uncompress that. It's self contained, nothing else needed, for now.
