Qt4 configure

Hi,

   Just want to let you know that I'm working on porting the configure from qt3 to qt4 so that we can have a descent build :P

   I have just been able to build the exe without errors, but haven't got the time to check if the output files matches what Qt4 expects, will be working on that next.

   Hope no one else is working on that already *smile* But I can send a patch of what I already have done if someone does want to work on that as well.

   Then next on my list would be an NSIS installer, got the skeleton for it already.
