Unpack error

Dear Kde-cygwin,

When I unpack one of the package files, kdelibs-3.4.1-0.tar.bz2, I got 
an error message like this.

$ tar -C / -xjf kdelibs-3.4.1-0.tar.bz2
tar: opt/kde3.4/share/doc/HTML/en/kspell/common: Cannot open: No such 
file or di
rectory
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

$

The size of file is 19,303,573 bytes. I have downloaded the file again 
and tried to unpack, but still gives the same error.
