kdevelop on kde-cygwin-3.4

Hi

I installed the new version of kde on cygwin (3.4)
from the snapshot page. Then i installed th kdevelop
package .

When, after executing the script startkde, when i  try
to launch kdevelop, i get the following error before
kdevelop crashes - 

kdevelop.exe - entry point not found 
The procedure entry point 
_ZN6KParts10BrowserRun14askEmbedOrSaveERK4URLRK7QStringS6_j
could not be located in the dynamic link library
cygparts2.dll  

Could you suggest a cure?
