Cygwin with KDE

Hi,

I have install Cygwin on my Windows XP machine.

Now i try to run kde.

I install it, like on this page: http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/

but if i want to start kde, I get a error.
I have added this error as an .gif file to this mail.

Please help me
