Installation of KDE3.4

I am trying to use KDE3.4 with CYGWIN.by following the README I found 
under webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4.
I try to rebase all dll's by using the command you give :
 rebase -b ...
and I obtain :
rebaseall: only ash processes are allowed during rebasing.
and then I don't know what to do !!!
Can you help me ?
