Problem when using qt3 under cygwin

Hi, all

I download a qt-x11-free-3.3.4-0.tar.bz2 from the net and unpack it under Cygwin. After that I restart the bash and start a X server. Then I want to start the Qt's designer, But it is running without any GUI, but the CPU usage is 100%, it seems that there is some problems in it.

Some one could help me ???
