Problems with KDE on Cygwin

Mr Ralf Habacker:

i'm from Argentina, i am sorry for my bad english, but i am sending to you some screenshots of some trouble i get with the last snapshot of KDE 3.4.1

i can't get it running, when i am near to success the same problem for any kde-app i start.

i follow all the things of the readme, but i can't find the problem.

if you can help, thank you, if you can't , thank you anyway, KDE rulz ;) but Windoze don't do the thing easy for me ;)
