KDE 3.4.2 update?

I'm using KDE 3.4.1 on Windows XP SP2 and it works relatively well. I'm just curious if there will be a 3.4.2 release too for windows? A little OT: Is there a way to switch off the "eye-candy", when I hover with my mouse over the menu bar? It flickers to much on Windows (but is damn cool on Linux :) Sincerly, Art
