Problems with step 3

Hello

I did going through the kde-cygwin tutorial
(http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/ ) but I had some
problems with step 3?

 

How can I close *ALL* cygwin processes?

 

Why I can’t execute “bin\ash bin/rebaseall  -b 0x61000000 -v -T
tmp/files.lst” command in command shell?
