problem by installing kde3 under cygwin

hello,

I followed the instruction on the url to get installed
kde3 under cygwin.

I attached a file where you will find the errors.
I don´t know why it doesn´t work I have check if all
the required additional packages are installed.

please help me out to find a solution to be able to
run kde using cygwin
