kdelibs tar problem?

Hope you had a nice vacation.  Here's is one to check
when you get back.

I was having a problem with Getting KDE 3.4 to run
(blank X screen and kicker but no widgets, desktop
icons or background plus failure to init Minipager and
a few other items) So... I maxed-out my download of as
full a version of Cygwin as I could (it helped with
missing fonts and missing wget etc) AND thought I
would start from scratch.  However, I have had a
problem with the kdelibs tar - it dies during the
extraction. The other problems, I'll plow through a
while before begging for an answer ;=) one problem at
a time. I've tried downloading it again in case it was
corrupt but still, the same error comes up below...


tar -C / -xjf kdelibs-3.4.1-0.tar.bz2
tar: opt/kde3.4/share/doc/HTML/en/kspell/common:
Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
