KDE Qt3 "Entry Point" Error

Hello,

I have installed the newest version of KDE for Cygwin, and am getting
the following error from kdeinit in a dialog box.

"The procedure entry point _ZN12QApplication11globalStrutEv could not
be located in the dynamic link library cygqt-mt-3.dll."

Why does this error occur?
