As I said, I have double-checked but there is no cygwin reference in the path nor in the registry. I even searched through my drives for "cygwin" or make.exe but could not find anything. I am lost :-( I'll try to reinstall everything from scratch (mingw and all) and try again. But really if someone could point me to a binary distribution I would be much grateful.
