Error in cygwin instructions

Hello

i am currently following the instructions on

http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/README

It doesnt mention wget to be installed. It was not in my cygwin base packages.

And qt3.3.4-2 is in the normal cygwin tree now. I am not finished yet with following the instructions but i thought i should let you know.
