Panel on cygwin KDE

I Just installed KDE on cygwin and everything went well and i can load
up KDE just fine, but after it is done loading all i see is the kde
desktop and no panel on the bottom so i cannot do anything i was just
wondering if there is a fix for this, i have already went into the
control panel and enabled the panel, it just doesn't appear.
