KDE on Cygwin installation problems

I'd been having problems trying to get KDE up and working through cygwin on
windows xp, and every KDE app would just suddenly terminate with exit code
53.  I managed to trace this to a dependency on cygart_lgpl_2-2.dll, which
is provided not by libart_lgpl (cygart_lgpl-2.dll), but by the
libart_lgpl2.

/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/README should probably be updated to say
libart_lgpl2 instead of libart_lgpl as both are present in package
repository.
