newbie: no config.cygwin-thread

Hello,

Please forgive the newbie question:  Working from the recipe on http://qtwin.sourceforge.net/qt3-win32/compile-cygwin.php I am stopped in my tracks at:

  $ . config.cygwin[-thread]

There is no such file - any ideas?  I have ensured I have all the necessary cygwin packages - include cygipc.

There were no obvious make errors on the previous steps.
