What I am immediately aware of are thess pages:

(individual languages are hpyerlinked to their own specific pages; here the
individual KDE modules are linked, and you can drill down into all the
programs and even display the *.po files in the browser; statistics are
auto-generated daily)
But probably Thomas Diehl, our of the KDE CTO ("Chief Translation Officer",
hehe...) may be able to say more on this.
