[devel] Guidance Admin tools and KControl

To Whom it may concern, :-)

Just for the record, I've got Python code running in KControl as a module now. 
I've spent most of the last week integrating David Boddie's KControl module 
work into my current distutils build system. Yes, the build system has taken 
most of the time. David's stuff basically worked, but I also need a way of 
getting it all built. :)

Anyway, KControl and Python are a go-er.
