Hi Eduardo,
as Benson already replied to you there is not much I can add. However,
on some ChromeBooks you may enable Linux (do a web search for your
specific chromebook version and instructions). With the linux
compatibility layer, it may be possible to use the KDE suite without
much effort.
However, I have not tested this mayself and I do not know much about the
limitations on native linux apps on Chromebooks. But it's worth a try.
