I need some clarification here:

the above icon = "Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC BY 3.0)"

KDE requirements = "CC-BY-SA-4.0 or compatible"

The license of the icon is less restrictive than the KDE requirements. Which means, we are allowed to add the icon, aren't we?
