Patch to bring KSudoku Handbook up to date

Hello Yuri and Albert, Attached is a patch file to bring the KSudoku Handbook up to date. I diffed my edits against a copy of the index.docbook source I copied from invent.kde.org a day ago. Please excuse any typos or XML errors. My XML is very rusty and I was unable to test the updated index.docbook file. I hope it behaves OK for you, Yuri. All the best, Ian Wadham.
