T10243: Some KDE applications could use better icons

  Hi, just to avoid any wasted work:
  
  For KWrite, one can think about altering the icon, not sure if that is needed, thought.
  For Kate, we have a new icon, we don't alter that again nor do I want to have an altered version in Breeze.
